This is a guide to Unibet Casino written for players in Ireland, and this corrections policy explains what we do when one of our own pages turns out to be wrong.
The guide is small on purpose: a homepage with the core facts and a handful of section pages on live tables, game shows and poker. One person writes and re-checks all of it, which keeps responsibility simple. If a figure here is out of date, there is one name against it.
Gaming Industry Specialist
Katie Evans
Katie writes every page of this guide and owns every correction to it. Her work here is to read the operator's public pages and terms, compare them with our text line by line, and change our text when the two disagree. More about her role is on the author profile.

Our Verification Protocol
Nothing is printed here because another website said so. Each hard fact has to be seen on a primary source on the day of the check, and the order of work is always the same.
1Open the source: unibet.ie and its terms for anything about the casino, grai.ie for Irish regulation, the studio's site for game rules and return figures.
2Read our page beside it: sums, deadlines, licence numbers, company details and payment methods are compared one by one, not skimmed.
3Sort the differences: a mismatch is either our mistake, a change at the operator, or something the source no longer publishes.
4Rewrite or remove: a confirmed figure replaces the old one. A figure we can no longer confirm is taken out and the sentence says "not published".
5Move the dates: the byline is updated and, for a change of fact, a row is added to the log on this page.
Some details sit behind the login, for example cashier limits per method and the full list of live tables. We do not guess at those. The page says where to find them inside your account and leaves the number out.
How We Correct Errors
A factual error is fixed on the day we confirm it, the Updated date moves, and the old and new wording go into the log further down this page.
What counts as an error
Logged as a correction
Anything a player could act on and get a different result from the one we described.
A wrong licence, regulator or company detail
A wrong sum, minimum deposit or expiry period
A payment method that cannot be used in Ireland
A game figure that differs from the studio's own
Fixed without a log row
Changes that leave every fact on the page exactly as it was.
Typos and punctuation
Clearer wording of the same point
A broken link replaced with the working address
Layout and picture changes
How fast a fix goes live
Error found during a re-check
Corrected the same day, before the check is closed
Offer changed at the operator
Rewritten the day we see the new terms
Irish rules changed
Affected pages re-checked out of turn, without waiting for the month
Figure no longer published
Number removed the same day, wording changed to "not published"
Routine re-check of each page
At least once a month
How a fix is marked
Two things show that a page was corrected. The Updated date in its byline moves to the day of the fix, and the log on this page gains a row with the old value, the new value and the date. Under this corrections policy a number is never swapped quietly with the dates left untouched.

Stays equal to Updated
Only when the check changed the text
So a page can show a fresh Checked date and an older Updated date. That is the normal state: it means the last comparison found nothing to change. A typo fix moves neither date.
Assessment Criteria and Their Weights
Not every topic deserves the same share of a page or the same share of checking time. These weights are our editorial priorities for any page about Unibet Casino. They are not marks given to the casino, and nothing on this guide is rated or scored.
Licence and safety 25%
Banking 20%
Offers and their terms 20%
Games 15%
Safer gambling 10%
Support 10%
Licence and safety take 25% because a mistake there misleads a reader about who holds their money. Banking and offers get 20% each: both involve deadlines and sums that change, and both were wrong on the earlier homepage. Games take 15%, since titles and studio figures are stable once confirmed. Safer gambling and support get 10% each, which adds up to 100%.
What the weights change in practice. A topic with a higher weight is checked first, gets more of the text, and is corrected ahead of anything else when time is short. A licence line is never left for the next round.
The same order applies on the section pages. A page about live tables still opens its check with the licence and payment lines before it gets to the games.

What each row means
Licence. The earlier text credited two regulators that do not appear in the licence statement on unibet.ie. The page now gives what that statement says: the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland, licence GRAI-0890-RB-26-0001, for customers in the Republic of Ireland, and Government of Gibraltar licences RGL 091 and RGL 092 for customers elsewhere.
Welcome offer, deposit and validity. The old headline of 200% up to €5,000 with free spins was not the Irish offer. New customers get a €40 money back offer on the first bet plus a €10 casino bonus. The minimum deposit for it is €10, not €20, and the bonus expires after 7 days, not 30.
Wagering. A 35x multiplier had been printed with no source. The public pages do not show a multiplier, so the number was removed and the text reads "wagering terms apply". The exact requirement is shown in the offer terms once you are in your account.
Cards. "Credit/debit cards" became "debit cards only". Credit cards have been prohibited for gambling in Ireland since 5 February 2026, and that covers a credit card used through a wallet as well.
Operator. The homepage did not say who runs the casino. It now names Platinum Gaming Limited, registered in Gibraltar under company number 114100.
Contact and Where Questions Go
This site has no mailbox, phone line or contact form, and we would rather say so plainly than point you at one that nobody reads. Where a question should go depends on what it is about.
Your Unibet account
Deposits, withdrawals, verification, bonus status and limits are handled by the operator. Open Unibet's live chat or search the Help Centre: the team there can see your account, and we cannot.
Corrections to this guide are picked up at the scheduled re-checks described above: every page at least once a month, and sooner when the offer or the Irish rules change. The method behind those checks is set out under how the guide is put together. Whatever a re-check changes will appear in the log on this page, with the date.
FAQ
Questions About Fixes and Dates
How do I know a page on this guide is current?
Look at the byline at the foot of the page. Checked shows the last day the page was compared with unibet.ie, and Updated shows the last day the text itself changed.
What happens when the welcome offer changes?
The offer lines are the first thing compared at every re-check. When the terms on unibet.ie differ from ours, the page is rewritten the same day, Updated moves and the change gets a row in the log above.
Why does the guide say "wagering terms apply" without a number?
Because the multiplier is not shown on the public pages of unibet.ie. An earlier version printed 35x, which we could not trace to the operator, so the figure was removed on 2 October 2026.
Who decides that something is an error?
Katie Evans, the author of every page here. Her role and the way facts are checked are set out on the author card.
Is a rewritten sentence a correction?
Not under our corrections policy.Tidying the wording or fixing a typo changes nothing a player would act on, so it is not logged. A row appears only when a fact changes: a licence, a sum, a deadline, a payment method, a company detail.
Can I report a mistake to you directly?
There is no mailbox or form on this site. Mistakes are caught at the scheduled re-checks, and anything about your own account is handled by Unibet in live chat or the Help Centre.

About this guide Who writes these pages, what each one covers and the method behind the facts.
Every figure on this page is taken from the operator's own site, its terms and the regulator's register, then re-read before each update. Bonus amounts, licence numbers and banking details are checked first; everything that the operator does not publish is left out rather than guessed. How we check
